1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
You must have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note that we do not accept returns for:
Items purchased during a clearance sale, flash sale, or marked as "Final Sale"..
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@shrevaasabyalka.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization alongside the return address details.
Package the item securely and ship it back to us.
Note: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the defect or damage.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, PayPal, etc.).
Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's processing policies 5-7 business days.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the exact same product. Replacement/ exchange will be delivered within 5-7 business daysIf you need to exchange an item, send us an email to confirm stock availability.
